Diet is obviously important: but you may not realise that the most important point is to cut right down on your starchy food intake. That means foods that are high in carbohydrates and sugars. Which means the starchy foods – especially rice, bread, pasta and potatoes.

This is one of the very important weight loss secrets.

Why should you do this? Because they nearly all sugar. Honestly. When you eat these high carbohydrate-containing foods they turn into sugar into the blood. And it is SUGAR which your body coverts into fat in your body. That is just how the body works.

This is why High Intensity Interval Training is the best way to lose that fat.

What is HIIT?

It’s where you exercise intensely for a minute, then tick over for a minute. You can alternate running and jogging, for example. Repeat this for 6-10 minutes and you will lose weight. The reason this is better than straight aerobic exercise is that with HIIT you get an “afterburn”, which burns fat, for up to 24 hours after a short session. With aerobic exercise you get none of that at all.

These are just some of the weight loss secrets. Put them into practice to get great weight loss – slowly but surely.
