Great health comes from good genes, yes: but to maximise health, whatever your genetic inheritance, you need to live in a super-healthy way.
This means making intelligent decisions about what to eat and drink. Maxing out on the vegetables and salads you eat every day. Cut down, or cut out, junk food. Make your meals from scratch – it need not be time-consuming.
Exercise regularly. And maintain a normal weight. I know this is a tricky one: but the fact is, being overweight is the one factor most likely to make you ill – or kill you. ”
