Everyone would be wise to boost their immune system BEFORE they really need it. And I don’t mean have a flu jab. I mean using natural methods.
There are many ways to do this. And the times to do it are firstly at the change of season – especially going into the cold season; and secondly at times of stress. This stress could also be work related – for example, teachers starting back to school or nearing the end of the school year.
Find out which herbs or homoeopathic remedies suite you and seem to give you a result and keep some of them on hand ready for use: and take some as a preventive too. This makes really good sense.
A third time is when you are mixing with people who themselves have caught the bug going round: take some herbs or nutrients to boost you up.
